2 laps around Lake Merritt. I was a little disappointed in that I really crashed after the first lap. I had to walk/jog the last half of the second lap. Last week I really felt pretty strong.

Got my body fat test. Went down to 15.1%, about 2% less than last year. Lost 3 lobs of fat and gained 3 lbs of muscle. Very pleased.
