Middle course at Pt Pinole. Nice clean run. Biggest error was trying to figure out the trail from the GO control to the finish.

Increased weight of squat by 5 lbs to 130 lbs and of dead lift to 165 lbs. Back was sore after 2 sets, so didn't do 3rd set. Hopefully, nothing serious.
