Started my new regime of trying to gain some more endurance by taking a longer run once a week or so. Did the Abrigo Creek-Crest View-Old Briones Rd loop in Briones. Was able to jog all except the last 1.3 km of the 8 km loop. Really hot. 91 degrees and very little shade.
