Brown course at Morgan Territory. Beautiful day. Bobbled 1 and 6, but otherwise fairly clean. Generally pretty simple course, but reasonable amount of route choice for MT.

Glutes and legs still sore from Friday.

Increased the resistance by 1. Plateau at 11, hills from 11, 10, 9, 7 (30 sec), 8 (30 sec), sprint 11, but only for 1 min, and final 20 sec after 40 sec slower rate.

Foot feeling a little better, but didn't walk or run today.

Left foot laterally started hurting and was very uncomfortable for final walk of day. Probably shouldn't have done the walk.

Treadmill intervals 6 mph to 8 mph, at .3mph increments the latter x2.
