Orienteering race 45:25 [4] 3.3 km (13:46 / km)

Fun run at Shell Ridge. Used a contour only Lidar map, 60 cm contour intervals and 1:3100 scale. No big navigational errors. Just can't run anymore.

Knee still bothering me despite a week of rest and topical Nsaid.
