Running 47:20 [4] 7.1 km (6:40 / km) +120m 6:09 / km

Down to Bear Creek Rd and back. First run since off Flomax. Felt like running again. Went 5 minutes faster than last time when I was on the Flomax. Out of shape, but at least have the energy to get back in shape if I work at it.

Felt pretty good. Still too early to tell though, whether stopping the Flomax is helping.

Decided to stop taking Flomax right away, so didn't take it this morning. Probably psychological, but spin class seemed a little easier.
