Lake Elizabeth. Green course for COOL event. Beautiful winter day. Clear, cool, sunny. Good run. One major mistake, probably 1 minute. Mistook raised gravel trail for train track bed going to #4. Control 12 Francois had hung a bag he found on the ground thinking it was the control, but actually wasn't so Marie-Josee and I thought the EP unit had been stolen, and just went on. Trails were muddy and at times our shoes had several pounds of mud on the bottoms. Otherwise, not bad. Got a little tired at the end.

Routine at gym, plus did 8 chinups. First time I have gotten to 8.

Manged to get back to level 12, but still had to stand in the middle of the 3rd hill.

First time I used the elliptical trainer. Set it on level 10, and did the hill routine. Did some sprints up to 12 mph, and tried to keep it at 8 most of the time. I didn't have my own heart rate monitor on, but the machine kept giving me readings in the 160's, which if so, was quite vigorous. Knees were fine.
