5 min warmup, then 25 minutes at 25 at about 70 rpm, then 2 min cool down. Didn't feel that great. A little woosy afterwards.

Slow slog south across meadow, up power line cut, then south on logging road to Timber Ridge road, and down trail to Hwy 1, and then to Shell Beach and back home.

Right knee hurt going up hill when fully extended.
