Running (Treadmill) 20 [4] 2.0 mi (10 / mi)
About an 8 minute warm-up, then a 1.5 mile run, supposedly as fast as I could. Since I have not done any speed work, I decided to try the treadmill at 8.0 min/mile. After about 1.2 miles, realized I could go faster, so kept increasing the speed to 7.5 min/mile. Probably could have don that for the whole time.
Also did 43 pushups plus 58 situps in a minute. According to the President's Council on Fitness, I am in the 95%ile for my age.
