Practice ran brown Tilden course. Made a few bobbles. Legs pretty tired from yesterday's workout.

Didn't know if I could do 2 days of weight training in a row, but it went pretty well.

Waist probably 32+, depending on how tight I make the tape measure.

Wanted to get to the gym today for at least an upper body workout, but my audiology appt. didn't end until after 4:30. By the time I got through the tunnel, it was after 5:00 and decided it would be pushing it to go to the gym, eat and go to dance. As it was, Jill wasn't feeling well, and we didn't go to dance anyway.

Warmed up for 10 minutes. Then intervals of 1 minute at 7.5 min/mile pace. Sad to say that is now an anerobic pace for me, as my heart rate was pushing maximum at 165. Then 3 hills at 9% grade. 5 minute cool down.
