Lake Merritt run. Better than last week, but still a long way to go to match my Couples Relay run in Feb. First half of run was pretty good once I warmed up, but really lost my form as I got tired the second half.

2 loops of sprint motala at the Main Post in the Presidio. Very tired during second loop. Couple of errors, including running off the map on the SE side of loop 2. Missed the turn (actually looked at it quite a bit, but decided the 2nd road just past the tennis courts was the one just after the tennis courts. Don't know how I missed that first road. Ended running along a residential street with more climb.
