Brown course at Golden Gate Park Not a bad course, but it was a first time course setter who apparently did not have a course consultant or vetter. A number of controls were on unmapped features, the control descriptions were incorrect, and the bags hidden. No big problem navigating, but spent a fair amount of time looking for the cotntrol once I got to the control site.

Horrible run. Legs just wouldn't move. Had planned to do 2 laps around Lake Merritt, but ended up walking the last k, and stopped with one lap. I had a really good run 2 weeks ago, and a so so run (2 laps) last week. I don't know why I was so tired.

Got my body fat test. Went down to 15.1%, about 2% less than last year. Lost 3 lobs of fat and gained 3 lbs of muscle. Very pleased.
