Brown course at Granite Bay. New map by Bill and Heidi Cusworth. Also designed the courses. Very nice job. Good map, good course.No major problems, but had to bash around the green stuff on several controls.

Strained back on last rep of 2nd set of dead lift of 160 lbs. I don't think I braced my back enough. Didn't do 3rd set. Will lay off of weight work for 3 days, and not do dead lift until back is OK.
