Slow jog on Timber Ridge trail loop, but a little over half way, felt a tiny twinge in my left calf, so stopped immediately and walked back. Apparently no great damage as did not recur or get worse.
Treadmill. Started at 3 mph, then 3.5, 4.0,...to 7.0 and then back down fro 1 minute each. Just before I was going to stop, at 3.5 mph, I retore my left calf muscle. Damn. Better stop again for at least 3 weeks.
