North on bluff Trail. At 20 minutes, got a sharp pain in my right calf. Turned around and walked jogged back home. Seemed a little better by the time I got home. I hope it was just a cramp and not a muscle tear. Probably the former since I think a muscle tear would continue to hurt more.

Brown course Joe Grant. So-so. Too high on 2. Did a big walk about on 4. Don't know how I screwed up, but the map and Google Earth do not seem to correspond well in this area. Spent some time looking for some of the controls because of the tall grass despite being within 50 meters of them.
