Barbell 55:00 [5]
First time in a week. For my press, I was planning on doing60 lbs, or adding a 5 and a 2.5 weight on each end of the 45 lb bar. I really struggled doing the first set, and decided I had really lost some strength. Lowered the weight by 2.5 lbs, and could only do 4 reps. Lowered it another 2.5 lbs, and really struggled with last rep. Only then did I realize I had put on 2 ten lb weights instead of 5 lb weights. So my first lift was 70 lbs which I had never done. At the end I was lifting the weight before I got sick, but still 5 more lbs than I intended.
