Run around Lake Merritt. A little slower today. My legs must have been tired from running at Pt. Pinole on Sunday and doing a strength work out yesterday.
Didn't do push ups or pull ups. Tried to do a dead lift at the same weight, but felt a twinge after 3 reps so stopped. Should either not have done them at all, or stopped with the warmup lift. Will wait a week before I do them again.
Increased weight of squat by 5 lbs to 130 lbs and of dead lift to 165 lbs. Back was sore after 2 sets, so didn't do 3rd set. Hopefully, nothing serious.
