Brown clee. long selection. Turned ankle a couple of times. Map was rubbish. Jacked and saw MC heading home. walked back with him boo hooing in the sun. burnt.

Fell run 50:00 [2] 9.6 km (5:12 / km) +100m 4:57 / km

Drove out to redmires. Ran along the conduit, past the haunted house, upto the bus stop, quick detour to high neb trig, back along to the causeway, pole, tresspass and back. Had a lovely dip in the reservoir, so if your water tastes funny next week you'll know why! Saw my boss running with the dog +2 points. Total:36.

Into work. Didn't tape my ankle this morning just to see what it was like. It was sore and i was being a right fairy. Reckon i'll defo tape it for a few weeks yet.

Home from work. Ankle tape is a waste of time. After about 10 minuites I was so sweaty the tape just fell off. Took it careful on any rough stuff but tried to push hard on any even ground. Up eccy road to bents green, high storrs, hallam golf club, stables, bolehill and home.

Just remembered -saw Lesley (passenger in a car) and Martin (driving) for an additional 4 points. Total: 34.

Went out to the Trunce. Had no intention of racing and went out and ran the loop backwards until I saw Neill at the front (at the top of the first climb). Then stopped and took photos. Then legged it down to the road just in time to see Little Rob and Neill pass then crossed the stream and took photos. Jogged back slowly from there, then met Little Rob coming the other way (on his warm down) and did a loop with him. Ankle ok just piss weak on the downhills.
