Run from home to track, drills and then 4*(600 (100) 400) and 1*(400 (100) 400). 400 between sets.
Really warm and muggy. Times were rubbish (2.03 for 600s and 79 for 400s) but I was trying hard and my HR maxed out at 159 which is the highest I can remember for a long time. That may be good thing, or it may mean I'm about to get ill.
