The start of hill reps for 2015. Up Abbey Lane. Just six today, times per my watch of 2.09, 2.08, 2.10, 2.07, 2.08, 2.09. Average of 2.09. The aim is to build up to ten of these with an average of less than 2.00. That currently seems a long way off.
