Shorter version of yesterday's loop. Lovely morning, got shouted at by a policeman.

Hallamshire session in Endcliffe Park. 2 * 5 mins, 2 * 4 mins, 2 * 3 mins, 2 * 2 mins, all off 75 seconds recovery. Running anywhere we wanted. I ran the same loops for each set of reps to compare distances. These were:

0.88, 0.88, 0.72, 0.73, 0.56, 0.55, 0.37, 0.39.

That session was tougher than I expected it to be and a good workout.
