Monsal Trail acceleration run. This was such a good session last time that I did it again, but started quicker. 2 miles warm up then:
4 miles @ 6.39 (AHR 133)
4 miles @ 6.28 (AHR 139)
1 mile @ 6.15 (AHR 136) (GPS went dodgy)
7 miles @ 6.00 (AHR 141)
Moving well, the end section felt 'comfortably uncomfortable'. Had my parents pacing me on their bikes. I won on the way out, they easily won on the way back.
One long run and a half marathon left before taper.
