Abbey Lane loop. Nice and easy.

Track. 8 * 1k with 50m walk, 150m jog recovery. Running with Sammy Rashid and taking turns to lead the reps. Pushing each other along nicely.

3.24, 3.23, 3.22, 3.18, 3.19, 3.19, 3.21, 3.16.

Averaging around 4 seconds quicker per rep than when I ran this session six weeks ago, and it was pretty windy tonight so pleased with the progress.
