Tempo loop. Went hard from the start and was really struggling on the long climb up Dore Road (but managed to pick up the Strava CR). Got confused at the top when I looked at my watch and saw just over 30 minutes. Was pretty sure I'd done that section in the low 29s last time I did it, so was a bit disappointed at how slowly I was going when the effort level was high.
Kept pushing to the end, and ran a PB on both sections, which was a nice surprise when I compared to previous runs.
I just couldn't get my HR over 148 on the climb up Dore Road, legs gave out first.
