Parked at Yorkshire Bridge and ran the full lap of Derwent and Howden. Nice and steady up the east side, tried to pick the pace up a little bit on the road section on the west side. Saw a runner quite a bit ahead and slowly reeled him in, then when I overtook he tucked in so had to pick it up again to drop him. Tiring a bit after 15 miles, back stiff at the end but has eased off now.
