3 * 1 mile at marathon pace with 400 jog recovery. Thought I was running at the right pace, it felt nice and comfortable, but was a bit too quick. Legs turning over nicely tonight - ironically probably the best they've felt on this pre-marathon shakedown session!

Back to work. It then took me nearly 50 minutes to drive the 5 miles home because of all the football traffic. Very frustrating.
