10 * 1600m with 400m jog recovery. Aiming for somewhere between half marathon and marathon pace (5.40 to 6.00 mins per mile). Probably was a little cautious on the first few, but wanted to be able to finish stronger rather than slow down. That proved to be the case.
On lap one of my ninth rep I had to shout 'track' at Jess Ennis. You would have thought she'd have known better than to warm up in the inside lane. Although to be fair, by that point I wasn't actually going much quicker than her warm up pace!
