A bit disappointed to be slower as thought I was moving well on the climb up Dore Road. Mile splits indicate I was towards the top, but not at the bottom. About 30 seconds also lost in the first few miles along Abbeydale Road, perhaps from traffic dodging. Good session nonetheless.
