IW. Ran a small section with Andy C and had to put in a bit of effort to keep up with him just cruising. Then he peeled off to work and I could slow down again.

Circuit training. Slightly different to last time, with exercises in groups of three. Two strength / core and one CV. In pairs, did one of the strength / core each, then swapped, then did the CV together.
