Keith's circuit session at EIS. 15 exercises grouped into three areas - CV, strength and core. 25 seconds on, 5 seconds to change exercises. 3 sets, 3 minutes between sets. I'm going to hurt tomorrow. Wrist held up on OK on press ups, but by no means perfect.
