Running 39:31 intensity: (8:34 @2) + (13:31 @3) + (17:26 @4)
ahr:139 max:153 shoes: New Balance 1080 (5) (9)

On the treadmill in the gym. 5 minutes warm up and then 8 * 3/1. The 3's were at 6 minute miling as that is as fast as the treadmill goes. The 1's were at 7.30 pace. Very sweaty by the end.
