A run! Outside! Just down to the parks and a short loop. Foot a bit sore at the beginning, didn't get any worse, if anything improved slightly coming back down. As I was running a bit later, the park was busy and I spent a lot of time avoiding small children on bikes, dogs on and off leads and people not paying attention to where they were going.
