Two laps of the tempo loop. Crazy strong headwind on Hawke Street and Attercliffe Road, a bit like it was in Vegas. So rather than the nice consistent mile pace of last week, I was having to work hard to maintain marathon pace into the wind, and then still work hard with the wind to catch up the time I'd lost into the wind - mile 4 in 6.09 followed by mile 5 in 5.48! As a result average HR a littler higher than last week. Still a good run out, hope the wind isn't this strong next Sunday!
