Hilly long run. Hillsbro, Malin Bridge, Loxley, Damflask, round the Damflask relays lap, back to Loxley, Spout Lane, Lodge Lane, Lodge Moor, Crosspool, Crookes, Bates Street, home. Tiring by the end. On the long climbs I was going strongly, but couldn't push my HR over 144. Kept the pace honest on the flats and downs.
