Run from home to Don Valley to meet Paul for:

1 * Attercliife tempo loop (3.1 miles / 18.12 / 5.52)
5 * 200m with 400m jog recovery on the track (34 / 34 / 33 / 34 / 31)

Then run onto work. Tempo loop felt OK, good pace. Quick 200s were then a shock to the system.

Cruise on the roads. Legs quite stiff after this morning, eased off a bit during the run. But a couple of easy days required.
