When I arrived at Emma's it was raining and I was shattered from driving. So I had a quick nap. When I woke up it was still raining so did some core and strength work until it stopped.

Running 40:43 [3] 6.14 mi (6:38 / mi)
shoes: Asics Gel Hyperspeed (2) (8.5)

Pyramid session of 1, 2, 3, 4, 3, 2, 1 with 1 min jog recovery between reps. Felt a bit rubbish, always get this way after the stodge of a meeting buffet lunch. I never learn.
