Sheffield Hallam parkrun, 4th place.

Still slow, but a good run out. Need to get back into the routine of these again now. Got dropped by the front three quite early, big gap behind. Had a word with the race director at the end about asking runners being lapped to keep to the left on Rustlings Road. The leaders have now taken to running on the road, which isn't ideal but reduces the risk of us taking out a small child.
