I was going to do a track session, but it was too nice (and too warm) so just went for a slightly longer run. Out to Langdon Hills, a bit of an explore, and then back. I was disappointed at how much smaller the area was than I expected, but then as I was leaving I saw a map and realised that I'd just been round two of the smaller bits. Struggled a little bit, maybe it was the heat. Proper warm.
