Met PaulF at EIS to do a session on the indoor track, but we found it was closed despite the website saying it was open. So we went to do a gym session, but the gym at EIS didn't have a squat rack. So we went to Don Valley, but found the track was open which meant we could do our session.
A full Yasso session of 10 * 800m, with 200m recovery (c.90 seconds). Times between 2.36 and 2.39 with an average of 2.37. Then on to work.
