3.10 miles @ marathon pace (18.37, 6.00 mins/mile)
3 * 1 mile on the track with 400m jog recovery (5.24, 5.23, 5.20)
Lap of Attercliffe to warm down.

The first of the mile reps was the toughest, but I think it's good getting the legs used to increasing pace when tired. The plan is to develop this to have a tempo section at the end as well.
