Pre-breakfast long(er) run before going to pick Emma up from the train station. Interested to see how far I can run without eating before I run out of energy. Managed this ok, but legs tiring a bit at the end, although it looks like I did pick the pace up slightly. It's so flat round here, it would be excellent for marathon training with lots of disused railways converted to trails to tempo on.
