Track session with PaulF. 20*200m at 5k pace with 200m jog recovery. Ran the reps in 35 seconds, and the recoveries took c.1 min. Plus run to track from work, and back to work again. Felt rubbish on the run there (three hours driving, too much buffet lunch, not enough water) but felt much better for doing the session.
