Sheffield parkrun, 1st place.

Just managed to pull away from Matt Hobbs about half way down Rustlings Road on the second lap. Good to get back under 17, but hoping for quicker after a couple of easier days, and it felt quicker while I was running. First lap was good, but couldn't push hard enough on the second climb.

Undertook caffeine experiment 1: 2 * pro-plus (100mg caffeine) 1 hour before the race. Apart from making me feel a bit sick before I started, it didn't seem like it made any difference. Legs just felt very floaty for the first few hundred metres of the race.
