Another overly tough and slightly unsatisfying track session. 6 * 800m with 200m walk / jog recovery. Aiming for 2.38, and managed the first three in that time before dropping out to 2.41. I'm feeling much better in myself in general running terms, but the track is still a big mental and physical challenge. I just can't seem to get my legs moving quickly.
So I just need to keep doing the sessions, and hopefully there will be an improvement! I also need to get back to Coach Candy's drills sessions. But there is still a long time to go until the main race.
