First track session for a good while with PaulF at Don Valley. Easier session to get back into it - 10*400 with 200m (50 walk, 150 jog) recovery. Times all around 76. Whilst not fast, they were better than I was expecting. But like Paul, my running form still feels poor and clunky.
Lap of the bowl to warm up, and a loop to Woodbourne Road to warm down.
