The last big track session, with PaulF at Don Valley. 5*2k with 200m jog recovery (~75 secs). Times of 6.58, 6.54, 6.51, 6.54, 6.50. Really suffering by the end, think I'm getting towards the upper end of what my body can handle. But only three days to go! Plus the run home to track and track to work. Superb morning for it though.
