Hallam park run. Really disappointed with my time today, was hoping to be much quicker. Felt like I was pushing as hard as I could, but it just wasn't happening. I've got to be philosophical about it, there haven't been many bad sessions in the marathon build up, so I'm going to put it down to a bad day at the office and move on.
