From the Milestone to home, where I dropped my bag off. Then Crookes, Crosspool, Tom Lane, Fulwood, Rustlings Road, Eccy Road, Hanover Way and home. ITBs have seized up a bit since this morning, which made running uphill much easier than running downhill. Definitely no track for me tomorrow.
