Track. Quite a few laps to warm up, then 8 * 1k off 90 seconds jog recovery (200m). Plan was to run them all in around 3.20, and managed them just a few seconds faster, with the last two being the fastest. Legs didn't feel too tired after the weekend. Then a lap of the bowl to warm down.
