Track. On my own today, so pleased that I got myself out of bed and went. 4 * 2km with 2 mins recovery. Ran them in 6.54, 6.49, 6.49, 6.46. Times heading in the right direction. Injury paranoia dissipating slightly after that. But will see what my hamstring does over the rest of the day.
